Our team employs a range of methods, including traditional snaking and modern hydro jetting, to clear clogs and restore flow. We offer maintenance plans to help prevent future issues, including regular cleaning and inspections. Our skilled professionals are trained to handle any drain-related problem, providing you with peace of mind and reliable service. We understand that drain issues can disrupt your day, so we prioritize quick and efficient service to minimize inconvenience. We stand by our work, ensuring that you’re completely satisfied with the results.
Some problems start out small, but if you know what to look for, you can catch a bad drain before it turns into a major mess. One of the first signs is repeated clogging. You might also notice slow draining, water pooling in the sink, or a gurgling sound after using the faucet or flushing the toilet. Those are signs that something is restricting flow.
Another red flag is foul odors. A healthy drain should never smell bad. If you catch a whiff of sewage or stagnant water from your sinks, tubs, or showers, you could have a break in the line or a problem with the trap.
When drains are connected to old or corroded pipes, they’re also prone to hidden leaks that can rot out floors and walls. These kinds of leaks often go undetected until you see water damage or mold. That’s why we always recommend paying attention to the early signs and calling before a repair becomes a full excavation.
At World Class Sewer and Drain, we always start with an inspection. We’ll ask you what you’re experiencing, how long it’s been going on, and whether it’s affecting multiple drains or just one. Based on that, we may perform a camera inspection so we can look inside the drain line without having to dig or open walls. It shows us the condition of the pipe, whether there are cracks, root intrusion, or buildup, and how far down the line the issue goes.
Once we’ve pinpointed the problem, we’ll recommend the right solution. For minor issues like loose joints or small sections of damaged pipe, we can often do spot repairs. For major issues like collapsed pipes, corroded cast iron, or long-term root damage, we may need to replace a section of the line. When possible, we use trenchless methods to avoid tearing up your yard.
The biggest thing that sets us apart is how we treat your home. We don’t rush in and out. We don’t guess. We figure out exactly what’s wrong and explain it in a way that makes sense. You’ll never be in the dark or pressured into unnecessary work. We use professional-grade equipment that’s safe on your pipes, and our repairs are built to last. It’s not about patching a clog. It’s about solving the root issue so you don’t keep having the same problem again and again.
Our clients know they can trust us to give honest recommendations. If you don’t need a repair yet, we’ll tell you. If it’s time to replace a section of line, we’ll show you why. And if we find something small that could turn into a bigger issue down the line, we’ll give you options. That level of care is what keeps our customers coming back.
You don’t need to wait for a problem to show up. Preventative care goes a long way. We always tell clients to avoid putting grease, coffee grounds, wipes, and hair down the drain. Even “flushable” wipes can cause major issues. Once or twice a year, it’s smart to have your drains professionally cleaned to remove buildup before it becomes a full blockage. If you live in an older home with cast iron or clay pipes, you may want a camera inspection every couple of years just to make sure the line is holding up.
A small investment in maintenance now can save you from a big repair later. And if you’re ever unsure, we’re happy to take a look. We don’t just fix drains. We help you keep them working the way they should.
We uphold the highest standards in the industry, using top-tier tools and techniques to get the job done right. With extensive knowledge and years of experience, we’re ready to handle any sewer or drain crisis, ensuring swift, professional service you can trust.

I called Mike at World Class and he responded within hours and kept me informed when he was delayed at the prior job. It was a very difficult blockage due to my old galvanized pipes and a T-joint that joined the two. Mike spent almost 2 hours trying to get it unclogged. Most people would have given up, but he persisted and got it cleared. He lived-up to his “world-Class” name. Thanks Mike, I will be calling you again, and recommending you to anyone who asks.Posted on Joy Kim2025-10-06Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a major issue in my basement with how the plumbing was set up. The previous owner had set up a horrible system. I had three other plumbers look at the issue and all of them misdiagnosed the issue. Mike and Mike recognized it right away and did fantastic work fixing it. Recently, they cleaned out a blockage in my septic tank pipe and replaced a toilet. Throughout the process they walked me through each step of what they were doing. When identifying issues they provided multiple solutions and recommendations. They are extremely professional, always respond quickly, and provide fantastic quality work. I can't recommend them enough.Posted on Richard Levow2025-08-29Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. On April 19th, 2025 the downstairs toilet in our home overflowed. As a result, the den level and basement required full remediation. This included removing all of the paneling in the den as well as sheetrock in the bathroom and basement. Once the carpeting was removed, we discovered that the floor tile was asbestos which required an additional protocol for removal. Fast forward to August 1st. The space was now roughly 70% done. The downstairs toilet was still not replaced. Someone flushed the upstairs toilet and water came gushing out of the toilet flange downstairs flooding the bathroom, part of the basement and part of the den. That required 4 days worth of work to be ripped out. In addition, I now had another claim with another deductible. As soon as this happened, I called World Class. Mike and Mike came out in the late afternoon and snaked the line from the outside of the house. They strongly recommended that I have them come back and inspect the sewer line with their camera. Mike returned the next week and we discovered that the sewer line to the main was separated. He explained to me that the situation that I had could be repaired with a high tech machine that they use for this type of problem. The machine coats the pipe with an epoxy resin which is more durable than the current pipe material. He assured me that it would resolve the issue. Mike, Mike, Hector and Gio came out that Friday and worked on the sewer line. They were at the house for roughly 10 hours. They worked in a highly professional manner and explained to me what they were doing as they proceeded. Needless to say having your house flood out twice is very stressful. Mike and Mike were excellent at calming my nerves. I highly recommend them should you ever have sewer or plumbing issues.Posted on Annamarie Burriesci2025-08-25Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
