Zero Dig Pipelining

Repair Your Pipes Without Damaging Your Property

We fix underground pipes without digging up your driveway, landscaping, or basement floor by using zero-dig pipelining, which is also known as trenchless pipelining. No jackhammers. There are no dumpsters full of concrete. No weeks of problems with construction.

This is what we do instead: We put a tough felt liner soaked in epoxy resin into your broken pipe and then use heat or UV light to set it in place. What happened? A new pipe inside your old one that will last for decades.

Most jobs are done in a day. Your new pipe should last for more than 50 years.

Why People Who Own Homes on Long Island Choose Trenchless

No digging needed

We use manholes, cleanouts, and other existing access points to get to where we need to go.

Your property stays nice.

Don't change anything about your landscaping, driveway, or walkways.

Quick turnaround

Most jobs around the house are done in one day. It might take a little longer for bigger properties, but we're talking about days, not weeks.

Made to last

The new pipe can handle tree roots, rust, ground settling, and all the other things that break pipes around here.

Affordable

No costs for restoration. You won't have to replace your driveway or replant your garden.

Works on all things

We can line any type of pipe, whether it's old cast iron, clay, or new PVC.

How It Works

Step 1: Inspect the Pipe

A sewer camera inspection is performed to identify the problem and determine whether the pipe qualifies for trenchless pipe lining. If the pipe is severely collapsed or damaged beyond repair, replacement may be recommended instead.

Step 2: Clean the Pipe

High-pressure hydro jetting and mechanical descaling are used to remove grease, roots, debris, and buildup from the inside of the pipe to prepare it for lining.

Step 3: Install the Liner

A resin-saturated liner is inserted into the existing pipe through an existing access point, eliminating the need for major digging or excavation.

Step 4: Cure the Liner

The liner is cured using heat, steam, or UV light, creating a smooth, seamless, structurally reinforced pipe inside the original line.

Step 5: Final Camera Inspection

A final sewer camera inspection is completed to verify the liner was properly installed and the pipe is flowing correctly.

Step 6: Back in Service

Once the curing process is complete and the system passes inspection, the sewer line is returned to normal operation with minimal disruption to the property.

The Small Print

Hey, trenchless isn’t magic. It won’t work if:
Your pipe has completely broken down.
During the curing process, you might smell some resin. It’s normal and goes away quickly. You should also keep up with regular maintenance, just like you would with any other big plumbing job.

Why This Is Important on Long Island

In Nassau and Suffolk County, you have beautiful homes with mature landscaping, established driveways, and homes that you’ve spent years making just right. You don’t want a crew to come in and tear up your yard to fix a pipe problem.

Pipes can have problems in Long Island soil. There are sandy areas that move, clay that doesn’t drain well, and a lot of big trees whose roots are always looking for water. We know these problems because we’ve been working with communities from Albertson to Wyandanch for years.

Trenchless is a permanent fix for a cracked sewer line under your driveway in Syosset or root intrusion from the oak tree you planted twenty years ago in Huntington. It won’t destroy everything you’ve worked hard to build.
